KingSMTP.com — Transactional Email / SMTP Relay Service Last Revised: March 11, 2026
1. Overview
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between KingSMTP.com, a sole trader company based in Paramaribo, Suriname, and you (“User”, “you”, “your”), and is effective as of the date of electronic acceptance.
This Agreement governs your use of the KingSMTP transactional email and SMTP relay service (“Service”). It represents the entire agreement between you and KingSMTP concerning the subject matter hereof.
The terms “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to KingSMTP.com. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Nature of the Service
KingSMTP is a transactional SMTP relay service. The Service is designed exclusively for the delivery of transactional emails such as:
- Account registration and verification emails
- Password reset and authentication emails
- Order confirmations, invoices, and receipts
- System notifications and alerts
- Application-generated automated messages
KingSMTP is not an email marketing platform. The Service may not be used to send bulk promotional emails, newsletters, or any form of mass marketing communications.
3. Account Registration & Payments
3.1 Registration
You may register for an account without providing personal identification documents. KingSMTP does not require identity verification (no KYC) as a condition for account creation or continued use.
3.2 Payment
KingSMTP accepts payment exclusively in cryptocurrency, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, and Monero (XMR). Fiat currency payments are not supported.
3.3 Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. In the event of account termination due to violation of this Agreement, no refund will be issued.
3.4 Plan Changes
Subscription plan prices are subject to change at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes that affect your active plan.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
4.1 Permitted Use
The Service is permitted for legitimate transactional email use cases, including but not limited to:
- SaaS application notifications
- E-commerce transactional messages
- System alerts and monitoring notifications
- User-initiated account activity emails
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) of any kind
- Send phishing emails or conduct email fraud
- Impersonate another person, organization, or domain you do not control or have authorization to use
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code via email
- Send email on behalf of domains you do not own or are not authorized to use
- Conduct email-based harassment, threats, or abuse
- Promote illegal goods or services
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Anti-Spam Policy
KingSMTP has a strict zero-tolerance spam policy. You agree not to send unsolicited email messages of any kind through our infrastructure.
All email sent through KingSMTP must comply with applicable anti-spam legislation, including but not limited to:
- The U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
- Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable
- Any other jurisdiction-specific legislation applicable to your recipients

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be transmitting spam or abusive email traffic.
6. Domain & Sender Reputation
You are responsible for maintaining the reputation of the domains and sending identities you use through KingSMTP. This includes proper configuration of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. KingSMTP is not liable for deliverability issues resulting from poor domain reputation, misconfigured DNS records, or recipient filtering.
7. Account Inactivity
If your account shows no activity (no emails sent, no logins) for more than 180 days, it may be flagged as inactive. Inactive accounts will be notified and may be terminated after an additional 30-day grace period. KingSMTP is not liable for any data loss resulting from inactive account termination.
8. Service Availability
KingSMTP makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of the Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. You can monitor current service status at kingsmtp.com/status.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and retain only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KingSMTP.com, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KingSMTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
KingSMTP’s total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
KingSMTP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Suriname. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paramaribo, Suriname.
