KingSMTP.com — Transactional Email / SMTP Relay Service Last Revised: March 11, 2026


TL;DR: KingSMTP is for transactional email only. No spam, no cold email, no newsletters. Zero tolerance — violations result in immediate account termination.


1. Zero Tolerance

KingSMTP operates a strict zero-tolerance spam policy. Any account found to be sending spam or abusive email traffic will be suspended or terminated immediately, without notice and without refund.


2. What KingSMTP Is For

KingSMTP is a transactional SMTP relay. The Service is intended exclusively for system-generated, one-to-one emails triggered by user actions, such as:

  • Account registration and email verification
  • Password resets and login alerts
  • Order confirmations and invoices
  • System notifications and monitoring alerts
  • Application-generated transactional messages

3. What Is Not Allowed

The following types of email are strictly prohibited on KingSMTP infrastructure:

  • Bulk newsletters — whether commercial or non-commercial
  • Promotional emails — discount announcements, product launches, offers
  • Cold emails — unsolicited outreach to contacts who have not requested communication from you
  • Marketing campaigns — any form of mass email marketing
  • Phishing emails — emails designed to deceive recipients into revealing credentials or personal data
  • Spoofed emails — emails that falsify the sender identity or domain
  • Malware distribution — emails containing or linking to malicious code
  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam) — any email sent without prior explicit consent of the recipient

4. Enforcement

We monitor sending patterns and complaint rates to detect abuse. Actions we may take include:

  • Immediate account suspension pending investigation
  • Permanent account termination for confirmed violations
  • Reporting to relevant abuse databases and blacklist operators
  • Legal action where applicable under Surinamese or international law

Accounts terminated for spam violations are not eligible for a refund.


5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content and recipients of all email sent through your KingSMTP account. This includes ensuring:

  • You have explicit permission to send to each recipient
  • Your sending domain is properly configured (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • You promptly honor any unsubscribe or opt-out requests
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your recipients

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using KingSMTP to send spam or abusive email, please report it to support@kingsmtp.com. Include the full email headers where possible.


7. Applicable Law

This policy is enforced in addition to the requirements of applicable anti-spam legislation, including:

  • The U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
  • Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable
